They told me they would contact their accounting department and I would see a response in the next 3 days. I was told tech support was not available so I told them to issue a refund. I did everything possible to get it to work and then called support. It continued to take me back to the step for entering the code over and over again. Once I got the code I went through the steps of trying to recover the lost data but it would not proceed. I downloaded the product and waited for the registration code that is needed to proceed. They assured me if the product would not work for me that I would get an immediate refund.
I called support and they told me there was a glitch in the TRIAL program and I would have to buy the product for $49.99. I went through all the motions but it would not download. I was offered a TRIAL of the product and I selected that option to try it. I ordered online from Digital River Inc./Aiseesoft software, Hopkins, MN 55343 I purchased FoneLAB to recover lost text messages from an Android Samsung Note 7 phone. Sorry for the inconvenience and hope you can understand. "If so, we're sorry that our software cannot help you to unlock it, you can see the information on our official website. straight away i wrote them an email explaining the issue and I received a whole bunch of rubbish about if the screen displays this "activation lock"/" apple id"/"password" i downloaded registered and tried the software over a number of hours trying everything they said to do. this is stated at the front of the software. they claim that their software "Aiseesoft iPhone Unlocker - 1 Year/3 iOS Devices" will unlock any iPhone or iPad. I seached the web and came across "aiseesoft". I have an ipad 9th gen that is locked "iPad not available" nothing else on the screen.
